Enquiry privacy notice

We use the contact and project details you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation.

What we receive

Your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, postcode, product interest, approximate dimensions and project message. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

How the form works

When available, the website form uses FormSubmit to process and email your enquiry to hello@pergolaworks.co.uk. Google Workspace handles our mailbox. Your details are not posted publicly. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; this is separate from copies in our business mailbox.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to take steps at your request towards a possible supply or installation contract, and to manage related correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this enquiry form. Relevant installation information may need to be shared with a supplier or installer when arranging your requested project.

Keeping and managing your details

We keep correspondence while needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, then review it for deletion or retention for relevant business records. Contact us about access, corrections or deletion at hello@pergolaworks.co.uk. Any applicable legal retention requirements may affect deletion.

Your choices and rights

Providing enquiry details is voluntary. We need a way to contact you to respond; you can choose to call or email instead of using the form. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. You can raise concerns with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk. We do not make solely automated decisions about your enquiry.
